from the CEO for a New Product Development Center. Demonstrated & patented:
Active Acoustic Sound Cancellation, Electronic injection
of liquid propane, multiple emission control devices plus
novel medical instruments.
EXECUTIVE CORPORATE DIRECTOR, DIESEL ENGINE CONTROLS
Created the key technical concept that enabled "Electronic Fuel Injection" of
diesel engines. Prepared the strategic marketing plan, secured internal & outside
corporate funding ($20 M) for the startup. This successful
effort created a new, 150 person, Bendix division, which
I headed and a product so successful that it is still currently
in world wide production after 20 plus years.

Generated a multi vehicle concept demonstration, patenting

Patented 26 key automotive air bag restraint systems inventions. Developed a
computer model for analysis of both air bag and seat belt occupant protection
systems. Lead a full engineering and test team for the development of automotive
restraint systems, installing a HYGE test sled.
Prepared and made numerous restraint system presentations
re., design and production to automotive industry technical
groups and management including CEO's of both Ford and

also: involved in the design of the, Single Bridge Apollo
Standard Initiator, "The worlds most reliable ordnance
device" standardized for use on all NASA spacecraft.
